Training
Class-Based Training
Working with Dignity – Our original workshop for all staff to provide awareness and education around workplace bullying, how to spot it and what to do. This is a half-day course but we can tailor this to your requirements if you’d like a shorter or longer session.
Managing with Dignity – This is our highly respected one-day course for line managers up to senior management. It includes everything from the half day Working with Dignity course and adds in roles and responsibility as a manager and teaches them effective intervention strategies in an engaging way. Line managers are your first line of defence so this training course is great value in prevention and intervention!
Leading with Dignity – This is a bespoke session for members of the Board. It’s highly focused on setting the strategic vision on tackling bullying and includes around culture and change issues.
Performance/Theatre Based Training
Pro-Active Behaviours at Work – Based on real results from a Dignity at Work audit completed by your staff, this is a half day theatre forum piece with our experienced actors to simulate situations that could be real or perceived bullying. We take an in depth look at human needs and how that influences how we behave and react.
Pro-Active Leadership Behaviours – This half day course is perfect to continue on from the previous session for leaders and how to manage staff is pro-active ways or can delivered as a stand alone session. We bring our highly experienced actors to role-play difficult situations (tailored to your business based on the Dignity at Work Audit) that could develop into real or perceived bullying. We should how with simple changes we can change behaviour to create a very different outcomes.
Other Training Options
Team Building Off-Site Training – We have an inspirational two-day immersive programme at a Rowing Club that is home to Olympic and elite rowers. This experience will not only build better relationships but leaders will develop the skills to empower them to lead with confidence no matter how challenging a situation. It will help leaders to adopt a strategic approach that is in line with values and integrity.
Train the Trainer – Our courses can be licenced for you to roll it out to your organisation. We provide training and comprehensive manuals to your trainers in this cost effective option for larger organisations.
Mediation
Our trained mediators can work with employees in conflict with or without a grievance, although the earlier we can provide a mediation intervention the better. The process on site takes 1 day with some preparation beforehand and is outcomes focused. Mediation is a highly cost effective intervention for bullying situations with better outcomes over other interventions.
Coaching
Intervention Coaching– Aimed at all parties within a situation, we provide coaching as required to bring the parties to agreement, resolution and change. This is not mediation, we do not seek to solve just the presenting issue – we help employees understand their own and each other’s behaviour and reactions. Our coaching leads them to change, avoiding the behaviours recurring or perpetuating. Our outcomes are based on real change so where unacceptable behaviour persists, we coach and advise on next steps including exit with dignity.
Coaching Abrasive Leaders– Many organisations have that one person who causes disruption and distress in the business. Whether called a bully or not, they are often a great performer or deemed untouchable. This strategy from America has had great success providing demonstrable change in 3-4 sessions and we are the only specialist provider of this service in the UK.
Team Turnaround– We work with dysfunctional teams with behaviour, culture, performance or attendance problems, and some teams have all four! This is a hybrid training/coaching program to turn them around to productive, healthy, present and resilient as effectively and quickly as possible. This is a bespoke offer dependent on the issues.
Bullying Trauma Treatment– Unfortunately some workplace bullying cases cause injury including stress, anxiety, depression and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Our PTSD specialist psychotherapist has an NHS background and experienced in treating those affected by bullying.
Consultancy
We undertake consultancy in a range of ways depending on our clients needs. Some examples include:

- Provide advice on exiting an employee with dignity

Speaking
We provide expert speakers to talk at conferences or events with industry leaders, HR professionals or employees of any level. We speak regularly for local CIPD branches and in 2018 speak at CIPD’s Annual Conference.
